Celestine Tina Grant was born in Waverly, Virginia, relocated to the Metropolitan area right after graduating from high school. She is a member of Solid Rock Full Gospel Baptist Church, where she serves as the secretary for the Women's Department and as a member of the Missionary Department.

Tina worked twenty-five years for the First American Title Company as Supervisor and Recording Clerk. Her desire is to minister to the widowed women.

Tina is the mother to one daughter, Jaimi and the grandmother to two, Jai'lyn and Andree'.
