Rochelle M. Hall has always had a heart to serve and obey the Lord. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas and was raised in a household with lots of love and faith.  

In 1998, Rochelle founded Positive Women Uniting (PWU), an organization dedicated to making a difference in the community and to empower women to become spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially self-sufficient. Until 2004, the organization conducted workshops, conferences, retreats, seminars, conventions, and monthly meetings. Through Rochelle’s vision and leadership, the events motivated and inspired women to continue on their path of self-development.

In 1995, she planned her first event, where the vision for her future was revealed. Her first major event was at Christian Tabernacle.  In 2002, Rochelle implemented her vision of Divine Diversity Consulting, created to bring creativity, innovation and cost-effectiveness to events. The name divine, meaning godly and great, touches her spirit in a heavenly way.

Rochelle resides in the Washington Metropolitan area with her family. As a single mother, she juggles her time between her career and her entrepreneurial spirit; while finding time to devote to her 4 children. She is a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend, but most of all she is a child of God and is doing His will.
