Katherine Harris graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego and holds a BA in English. She completed all her course work for a MS in Recreational Therapy at George Washington University and has participated in a number of volunteer projects for special populations.

She is currently the Chief Operating Officer of a national law firm in Washington, DC.

Katherine resides in Loudon County, VA with her husband and is a member of the Church of Our Savior. Her hobbies include cooking, knitting, needlepoint, gardening, athletics and reading.
