Minister Jacqueline R. Duncan gave her life to Jesus Christ at the age of 23 on December 9, 1987. She is a native of Clarksville, Tennessee, but relocated to the Washington Metropolitan area in 1985.

In 1992, Jacqueline received her Associates Degree in Religious Education and her license to preach the gospel from Sword of the Spirit Ministries. She is a member of the National Black Women's Health Project, the American Mission Coalition and a member of the National Association of Female Executives from which she received the Most Notable Woman award in 1997.

Jacqueline met her husband, Minister Phillip G. Duncan while the two were still in high school. In 1996, after 19 years of God's molding and shaping, Jacqueline and Phillip met again in Maryland. As the Lord would have it, the two became husband and wife the very next year. The Duncans’ are now on the ministerial staff of Solid Rock Full Gospel Baptist Church International Ministries under the leadership of their fine Pastor, Bishop Nehemiah Rhinehart, Sr. They are also the proud parents of the lovely Shekinah Kiara, whom they love very much.
