First Lady Jacqueline Duncan is a native of Clarksville, Tn. She gave her life to Jesus Christ at the age of 23.

In 1992, Jacqueline received her Associates Degree in Religious Education and her license to preach the gospel from Sword of the Spirit Ministries. She is an active member of the National Black Women's Health Project, the American Mission Coalition and the National Association of Female Executives from which she received the Most Notable Woman award in 1997.

In 2001, First Lady Jacqueline birthed Sisters Enhancing Sisters Networking Fellowship, Inc. and through this sisterhood women come to be educated, edified, enhanced and empowered. This is accomplished through workshops and fellowships where women become whole spiritually, physically, financially and emotionally. Lives are forever changed and women are strengthened.

The Lord has entrusted First Lady Jacqueline to pour into the lives of women by being a life coach, mentor, motivational speaker and purpose pusher. Each year she hosts A New Improved You class where she teaches women the importance of having integrity, leadership ability and Godly influence as a women. Her desire is to see women walk in their God-ordained purpose.

In May 2008, she and her husband started In His Presence Praise and Worship Center, a thriving church located in Bowie, Maryland. Here, the spirit of the LORD reigns, the anointing breaks yokes and Citizen’s grow in Christian faith.
